Before this week, Qureshi had composed to UNSC president Joanna Wronecka and encouraged the council to intervene and maintain a session on India’s choices in Jammu and Kashmir. Early this month, New Delhi resisted the distinctive status of Jammu and Kashmir by minding Article 370 by means of a telling telling.

The United Nations Security Council (UNSC) will be talking the India-Pakistan thing in closed room talks. China asked the session, Sputnik reported. The conversation is scheduled to occur at 10 am local time (7.30 pm India time)- based on the official site of the UNSC.

China’s move has been seen as a consequence of the diplomatic connections between Beijing and Islamabad over the Kashmir issue. Pakistan’s Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi recently fulfilled Chinese counterpart Wang Yi and hunted China’s aid in light of India’s choices in Jammu and Kashmir.

Meanwhile, the External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar will soon be meeting with the US state department officials John Sullivan and Alice Wells that are travelling to India at New Delhi.
It could be noted that India claimed that choices in Kashmir are New Delhi issues and has rejected UN intervention. On global mediation, India has consistently stated the issue is a bilateral issue between New Delhi and Islamabad.
